Destruction

We accept order cancellations before the product is delivered or manufactured. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the item has already been shipped.

Refund (if applicable)

We accept returns. The buyer has the right to demand a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
You can only return the product if it is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We need a receipt or proof of purchase to issue a refund. Do not return the purchased item to the manufacturer.
Customers pay only one time for shipping (including returns). The user is not charged any costs for returning the goods.


Refund (if any)

After receiving and reviewing the return, we will send you a confirmation email. We'll also let you know if your return is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and the credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the specified number of days.

Delay or non-refund (if any)

If you haven't received the money yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially sent. Then contact your bank. Refunds often take time. If you have done all this and still haven't received your money, please email us. email to service.cary@gmail.com.
